7,000 sq.ft. Re-invention of the former landmark Moore's Restaurant in New Bern, NC to create a new local draw for generations to come.  Renovations include dining for over 200 people and a wood fired smokehouse building utilizing the original smoker, as well as the preservation of the original dining hall.
